As a floor plan audit analyst you will conduct precise inventory audits for all floor plan relationships to verify dealer trust compliance and bank policy compliance. In addition, you will act as a support person for the dealer wholesale product. In this role you will be responsible for the following functions: audit all dealership inventory pursuant to bank policy procedures which includes physically inspecting all dealer vehicles for serial number, excessive wear, damage, location and date of sale; determine purchaser, finance source and delivery date of sold inventory; determine location and user of any unseen vehicles; verify dealer has an MSO/Title for any unseen units; and prepare inventory audit summation report for supervisor's review and follow-up.
