About Investment Banking

JPMorgan helps the world’s most prominent companies solve problems and seize opportunities, whether by raising capital or by shaping their corporate strategy and structure. Investment Banking is the first point of contact for most clients, who include multinational corporations, governments, financial institutions, private equity firms and institutional investors. Often, members of the deal team interact on a daily basis with the client’s CEO and CFO, providing advice on the entire spectrum of JPMorgan products.
