Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.

GTI Service Operations (SO) is responsible for service support and delivery for JPMorgan Chase's (JPMC) Global Technology Infrastructure. Through its Global Service Desk and Infrastructure Operations Centers, SO provides global, coordinated diagnostic and support services, while its Production Assurance and Support functions leverage and execute industry leading infrastructure management and support processes that are designed to minimize customer outages and impacts.


 This role is for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Columbus, OH reporting into a Executive Director, within GTI – Global Service Operations (GSO). This role will also support an additional Executive Director in GSO as well. The successful candidate will possess structure, attention to detail, focus on quality, high energy and flexibility to support a fast paced organization. This individual will need to work well in a team environment, across geographies, and be able to represent the manager/group with professionalism.

 
The responsibilities will vary in complexity and urgency, requiring judgment and experience to successfully accomplish with limited direct supervision.
 
As an Executive Assistant, you will manage a multitude of diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.  You will need the ability to anticipate needs and be flexible in approach and hours.

The main responsibilities of this role include:
  • Primary support for GSO Head of Digital and Merchant Services and Storage Integrated Compute
  • Provide support as needed to Digital and Merchant Services and Storage Integrated Compute
  • Heavy calendar management
  • Interact with Senior Management
  • Provide support for visiting executives
  • Co-ordinate domestic and international travel
  • Expense Reconciliation
  • Maintain good relationships with co-workers and clients
  • Interact/Correspond with Vendors
  • General office administration
  • Other adhoc duties that arise on a day to day basis
