Global AM Equities Finance& Business Management (“F&BM”) fulfills the dual responsibility of providing financial control, reporting and analysis as well as business management, control oversight and project delivery for the AM Global Equities business.

Role Description

Provide financial oversight, reporting and analysis for the international businesses within AM Global Equities.
Team members have the opportunity to work directly with senior equity management, the Global Equities CFO, Global Equities F&BM lead, CFOs for all other asset classes, and senior colleagues across the F&BM team.

Key Responsibilities

The applicant will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and review of International Equities activities
  • Highlight key business drivers and financial issues to JPM management
  • Ensure that financial reports, forecasts and planning activities are properly reviewed and meet JPM's reporting requirements
  • Partner with business management on supporting their activities by providing them with relevant financial drivers, hence ensuring completeness of the reporting, on building budget and outlook.
  • Respond to financial queries from the business, from AM Finance or from elsewhere in the business in an accurate and timely manner
  • Partner with equities global CFO in control and delivery of accurate financial information for equities globally
  • Lead and coach junior team member(s)


  • Bachelors degree, with concentration in Accounting/Economics/Finance preferred
  • Post-qualified accountant
  • 4 plus years experience in Financial Services is preferred
  • Superior analytical and technical skill – must be highly proficient in Excel, proficiency in high volume data management referred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to carry out complex tasks under considerable time pressure and be able to prioritize numerous deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
