Global Identity & Access Management provides identity and access management solutions for the firm's infrastructure and applications. The team ensures that appropriate access controls are in place and applied effectively and continuously.
GIAM Communications consistently works towards the objective of creating and maintaining a singular, cohesive voice for Global Identity & Access Management – internally amongst employees and externally across our lines of business – driving simple, transparent, timely and inclusive communication.  We execute a number of recurring and non-recurring activities across the organization as well as internally manage the GIAM SharePoint site.
  • Directly manage and drive the continued evolution of the GIAM SharePoint site: enforcing governance and standards, consolidation of sites, establishing an internal, organizational community, and supporting self-service client behavior
  • Manage the GIAM Communications shared mailbox – supporting communications review and delivery for GIAM updates, announcements and monthly highlights
  • Partner with Technology and apply a business lens to all communications, user interfaces/solutions and presentations ensuring broad understanding/usability across all clients and stakeholders
  • Manage pre- and post-activities for recurring communications events, such as Manager Briefings and Lunch & Learns
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for non-recurring communications events, such as Town Halls
  • Drive automated messaging inventory and review, working to simplify all language and apply best practices across GIAM applications in support of Corporate Communications standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS PowerPoint, SharePoint and Confluence
