The CAO & Technology Training group has an opening for a highly innovative thought leader to support the growing technical learning agenda. This technologist will be thoroughly familiar with GT Vision, it’s project objectives, scope, stakeholder expectations, and ensures the associated Learning & Development options deliver business value.
Topics will include the latest GT Vision priorities, such as Software Modernization, Agile, Cloud, Big Data, Data, and Reference Architecture and the associated training, recommended learning, and programs like JMPC Coding Academy, TAP, and E2 in place to support the priorities.
Act as a liaison between the end user audience, key stakeholders, and the Learning & Development program teams.  Prioritizes key needs of the product based on the business value and associated risks, partnering with the program management team to manage development against milestones and backlog of work throughout the product lifecycle to ensure success of the overall product offering. Designs,develops and facilitates training as needed.  


  • 10+ years of experience within a technology environment leading technology initiatives
  • Innovative thought leader with a high degree of Technical Acumen skills
  • Capability to influence/lead multiple workstreams from concept to implementation
  • High degree of flexibility/adaptability in work and communication style
  • Ability to develop and maintain multiple, strategic relationships with IT businesses and senior stakeholders to support program engagement and ownership
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize across tactical and strategic initiatives; Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through and results orientation
  • Demonstrated experiences delivering across global audiences and cultures
  • Ability to develop program metrics and leverage analysis to maintain program effectiveness and develop key messages for disparate stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills; Strong professional presence
