Summary
The Business Change Management function (part of the broader Business Support Management team ) is tasked with a variety of business administration and control responsibilities in support of Corporate & Investment Bank lines-of-business and functions. Typically each team-member acts as a liaison between Business Management, Business Control Office, individuals within a specific business or function and business-aligned, Corporate or third-party technology and other support providers. As business connectivity is essential in this role, team-members are aligned and co-located with the business or function they are assigned to support.
This role will support BCM activity for the CIB Technology business in the UK and will report to the regional CIB EMEA Business Support Management lead.
Key Responsibilities
·         Real Estate
  • Floor planning strategy, headcount to seating allocation, moves and changes.  Note - CLS input to remain with the business.
  • Responsible for the coordination of all moves and changes within the LOB, liaising with CIB Real Estate and submitting appropriate move logistics based requirements.
  • Co coordinating the completion and maintenance of Serraview for CIB tech groups
 
·         Provide Business Liaison & ensure service delivery
  • Partnership with Business Managers, Business Control Officers and Technology teams to implement business change management and control processes.
  • Point of contact for the CIB Technology business for all Change Management requests.
  • Stakeholder management -  to ensure the highest level of service from all disciplines on behalf of the supported line of business (GRE, GTI etc.)
     
    ·          Liaison for the Line of Business (LOB)
  • Coordinate on/off boarding, transfer process via assistants/others currently performing these roles.
  • Establish, communicate and monitor best practice
  • Act as SME and advisor to the LOB and administrative assistants  on use of corporate tools i.e. EURC, IBID, ePurchase, OMD, RSAM, Approval Central
  • Act as POC for any audit/control query relating to on/off boarding
  • Carry out regular on/off boarding control checks e.g. CIB Tech population vs headcount/leavers etc.

  • Work in association with Business Management and the Business Control Office to implement BAU control processes across CIB Technology

  • Work with BCO to ensure awareness during breach process

  • Regular (no less frequent than monthly) checkpoint with BCO
  • Monthly check on Serket Plan for accuracy
  • Bi Annual Test
  • Identify Users for DR site visit
  • Call Tree testing
  • Annual Sign Off on Serket Plan
    • Off boarding
    • Shared drives
    • Clean desk policy
    • Cost control.  Costs to minimize:
  • Market Data Services (FITS)
  • Hardware – Desktop/Laptop (CIMS)
  • Desktop Support costs – Enhanced/Standard
  • Voicemail (Global Voice)
  • Dealerboard (TVS)/Cisco
  • Cost reporting including
  • Market Data
  • Tech Hardware cost reporting
     
 
Role Requirements
  • Self-starter, independent worker with strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a CIB support role
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Strong Business Analysis skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability
  • Intimate knowledge of MACD and Serra View is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; comfortable interacting with cross-LOB partners
  • Strong focus on delivery and results oriented
  • Ability to streamline and improve work processes
