Associate/Sr. Associate Internal Communication- Campaigns
 
This role is responsible for the delivery of high priority, impactful and engaging communication programs and campaigns across Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Reports to: Head of Communications, India GSC
Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru

Collaborators: Works closely with other Communication vertical leads, HR, Technology and Operations leadership teams. 
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Partnership Building
  • Support the head of communication in creating and implementing robust internal communication frameworks and methodologies across the Global Service Centres in India.
  • Manage priority stakeholder relationships to complement their business priorities with impactful and measurable communication strategies
 
Campaigns and Program Management
  • Support the delivery of a consistent brand and messaging strategy through impactful, innovative and engaging programs, channels and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute well thought-through, creative and innovative communications campaigns that keeps employees engaged on firmwide and GSC priorities (themes range from technology, operations, banking, infrastructure to people and community)
  • Help to shape and drive cross-location communications programs
  • Supports the execution of country-wide and global campaigns with effective air traffic control and governance
  • Manage and leverage vendor relationships to build-once and deploy across locations

Channel Management
  • Work with the content and channels team to identify and analyze business and audience needs to deliver messages via the most appropriate mix of media and channels
  • Shoulders everyday responsibility of managing identified channels (Broadcast email/ intranet/ newsletter/ magazine/ digital signage etc.)
  • Bring innovation to communications through the various channels
 
SUPPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Writing
  • Write simple, relevant and impactful articles, blogs and executive messages to support stakeholder priorities and drive people engagement.
  • Develop an understanding of cross-functional subject matters and create content that connects the dots for a young and diverse audience.

Measurement and Governance
  • Develops and maintains MI on efficacy of internal communications programs run across locations
  • Supports in execution of focus groups, introspection dipsticks, surveys and interviews to evaluate internal communications programs

Team and Collaboration
  • Build and engage a strong delivery network across locations to implement communication initiatives and source stories from the ground.
  • Work closely with global communication colleagues to share best practices and align understanding of the business and functional mandate.
  • Roll up sleeves and help the team proactively to deliver a shared agenda.

Core Competencies
  • Work Experience (8-10 years), with at least four years hands-on experience in an internal communications / event management role.
  • ITeS/BPO/KPO preferred though not mandatory
  • Strong written, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively interface with multiple audiences, internal teams and stakeholders while presenting complex ideas clearly and in an engaging manner
  • Ability to execute a complex plan in a matrixed environment
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills
  • Works independently with minimal supervision and an ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Maturity, humility and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to excellence and accuracy
