Our Team

 

The Account Control Team – Administration (ACT Admin) is responsible for the opening and ongoing maintenance of Private Banking Accounts across multiple EMEA platforms and ensuring compliance with local regulatory static data requirements. The Account Control team offers quality and timely service to clients while providing an ongoing support to internal stakeholders and acting as a knowledgeable resource for the entire Private Bank.

 

Position Description:

 

The successful candidate will be working in the fast-paced environment which requires mastering various processes and liaising with numerous internal stakeholders. The main responsibilities will be to update, maintain and process clients’ documentation using in-house systems and to deal with queries related to systems, documentation and client information. Specific  anguage skills will often be required to align with the markets that we support.

Expected Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Degree qualification and/or relevant commercial experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry and/or interest in Wealth Management business
  • Business-level fluency in English essential
  • Italian speaker
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills - attention to detail, methodical, process driven
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and work with tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in team environment
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office package (specifically MS Excel and MS Word)
