As a Business Process Management Sr Specialist, your responsibilities would include: 
  • Dispositioning loans that cancel and are denied within the originations process.  This includes validation and assessment of all data points collected within the origination process. 
  • The position will also be responsible for validation of HMDA reportable data, ensuring accuracy of reporting from multiple system sources. 
  • This role involves compliance to multiple business and regulatory requirements, while maintaining established quality goals and service levels. 
  • The candidate will be expected to forge strong internal partnerships with the business areas supported, as well as, work well in a team environment. 
  • Strong prioritization, attention to detail, multi-tasking and the ability to make appropriate decisions in varying circumstances is required.
  • Equivalent work experience or Associates Degree plus; High School Diploma or GED required
  • Possess Risk/Control experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt well to change
  • Self-motivated and demonstrate a positive attitude
  • Teamwork and Interpersonal skills a must
