Background: 

The Corporate and Investment Bank Chief Administrative Office Finance & Business Management’s goals are to ensure a sound control environment and provide financial advice to support the business strategy for technology and operations. This team is looking for an Associate to support the support and change delivery of the CIB CAO F&BM Systems and Tools team. 
 
Position Description:
The eXtrasheet and SharePoint team is looking for an analyst to support the programs including:
  • Being responsible for writing test scripts and run testing with SMEs
  • Break up business requirements into Agile user stories
  • Manage existing and new customized SharePoint sites and InfoPaths
  • Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation
  • Establish strong working relationships with team members and across the different lines of businesses and functions our team supports (e.g., CIB F&BM, CIB Tech, CIB Operations, etc.)
  • Understand Agile and deliver enhancements using the agile methodology
  • Consistently demonstrates sound judgment in knowing when and what to escalate and to whom. Anticipate, identify and remediate risks before they become issues.
  • Work with supporting tools like JIRA, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Qualifications
  • College educated with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience supporting software applications
  • Experience leading UAT
  • Knowledge of Agile and understands the roles and responsibilities
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and PowerPoint
  • SharePoint skills including the ability to create webpages, forms, workflows, Developers need to be able to work with Business Connectivity Services, Master Pages, Page Layouts, Web Parts and SharePoint Ribbons
  • Ability to convert SharePoint lists into InfoPath and edit existing InfoPaths
  • Ability to manage agile board in Jira
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work independently/be self-motivated
  • Proven track record of quality analysis with sound questioning and influencing skills
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills
  • Strong analytical, data management and problem solving skills
  • Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Confident communicator at all levels and ability to articulate complex issues concisely
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a changing work environment
  • Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage changes in plan
  • Knowledge of Cognos reporting would be an advantage
  • General knowledge of Corporate and Investment Bank businesses, as well as technology or operations processes would be an advantage
