Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services across then firm. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.
 
GTI Technology Resiliency Manager is responsible for driving and maintaining GTI’s resiliency compliance as required by the Firm-wide policies. This role spans both technology resiliency as well as business resiliency for GTI as a consumer/LOB and provider of services.  For Technology Resiliency the scope includes governance and compliance across GTI’s application and infrastructure portfolio and requires partnership with the service/tower leads to prioritize compliance activities as required.  For Business Resiliency the scope includes governance and compliance for GTI as an organization/LOB in relation to disaster recovery planning and business impact analysis.  This function is part of the GTI iCTO governance function that leverages a federated model across GTI’s service and tower organizations.
 
Key Responsibilities to Include:
  • Governance – GTI service/tower resiliency lead representative, review of compliance and non compliance
  • Test adjudication – Review and approval of testing evidence
  • App Resiliency reviews – As required
  • Tools Compliance & Adoption – E2E toolset compliance and RDMS adoption for testing schedules and change control
  • Resiliency Reporting – Heatmap, CIO Summary, trending, RCA tracking, GT Drive & CAF commentary
  • Administrative – change control, test exceptions, application on-boarding/off boarding, reference system data management, Risk management / Problem and RCA, Hygiene risk assessment survey
  • Communication – As required
  • Training & Education - As required
  • Develop strong partnerships with GTI Service Owners to maximize impact
  • Ability to influence at all levels and work dynamically across global and diverse teams
Skills & Experience
 
  • Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity management
  • Experience working within a global organization
  • Successful in driving global improvement programs
  • Experience at working in a matrix management model and utilizing virtual teams
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
  • Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization
  • Strong influencing skills, comfortable executing against recommendations and plans by overcoming barriers and resistance
  • Ability to build strong relationships and leverage people network throughout the firm
