The Global Real Assets technology group is seeking a business analyst to work on strategic technology initiatives focused on the Global Real Estate business.  The candidate will work directly with front, middle, and back office functions in the business to lead multiple projects focused on creating technology solutions, process improvements, and overall efficiency gains.  The initiatives are aimed towards creating an integrated platform of systems, processes, and data that supports Global Real Estate's business needs for all Clients, Portfolios, Investments, Assets, Debt and the overall business that currently spans US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
 
 
  • Responsible for data analysis and standardization of processes for Global Real Estate with a focus on the Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Acquisitions, Debt and Valuation functions of the business
  • Facilitate meetings to gather business requirements, documentation on analysis, and overall project management
  • Solve complex issues from analysis, design, coding, testing to implementation.
  • Deliver quality programs according to project schedule and participate in all phases of QA testing
  • Providing user/technical support, participating in the Incident and Problem Management processes for root cause analysis, remediation, resolution and reporting
  • Must have experience in the Real Estate industry (at least 8 years)
  • Ideal candidate has experience with Argus Enterprise, Yardi, MRI and other Real Estate Applications.
  • Experience with Portfolio Modeling tools is a plus but not required
  • A consulting background is a plus but not required
  • Agile software development experience is a plus but not required
  • Must have experience in the Real Estate industry (at least 8 years)
  • Experience with Agile Software development process is a plus but not required
  • A consulting background is a plus but not required
  • Experience with Real Estate applications including Argus, Yardi, MRI
