The Human Capital Associate will support various people related projects across a variety of areas, including organizational effectiveness, change management, talent management, learning, incentives, as well as program management needs. This role is critical to the successful delivery of all project related outputs and requires the ability to operate on various initiatives, with multiple stakeholders and on tight timelines.  This individual will interact with various stakeholders within the organization and require a high-degree of teamwork to be successful. 
  • Assist in end to end  project delivery to include, but not limited to: document creation of project charters and business cases, framework development, storyboard execution, development of full scale project plans; attending all project meetings and capturing and distributing succinct meeting minutes with clear action items
  • Track all progress and project deliverables utilizing appropriate tools; document and report status regularly to Project Lead
  • Reach out to project team members, as necessary, in order to ensure deliverables remain on track
  • Ability to analyze and identify issues/risks/conflicts and communicate timely to the Project Lead
  • Responsible for accuracy and timely delivery of all assigned tasks
  • Creation of executive level presentations and program dashboards
  • Ask the right questions and think through the details and implications of the ask
  • Ad-hoc support across different workstreams depending on the varying needs
  • Minimum of 2 years business experience preferably in HR and/or PMO
  • Bachelors or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of standard desktop applications: MS Office, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to continuously learn and develop
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong follow-up skills and proven attention to details
  • Must be highly motivated, results-oriented, and client-focused
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and must be able to work independently as part of a small high impact team
  • Must be able to prioritize workload and adapt to changing demands
  • Ability to establish rapport and relationships with internal and external partners
