Duties: Support delivery of strategic business initiatives to enhance the global Fixed Income Financing business. Collaborate with Trading, Sales and other internal groups to optimize firm binding constraint resource usage for existing business activity across all trading regions including NA, EMEA APAC, i.e. regulatory capital, liquidity, GSIB, balance sheet, etc. Work with Trading and Sales to support and improve the global Fixed Income Financing client offering, i.e. new products and services, opportunities for new technology to ease execution for clients, new client tools and analytics, and client relationship management. Coordinate with Trading, Sales, and other internal stakeholders, across all trading regions, on new transactions/trade structures and associated usage of firm binding constraint resources such as regulatory capital, liquidity, GSIB, and balance sheet. Supprt internal business relationships between global Fixed Income Financing and other internal groups, i.e. utility function, CIB, and Corporate Treasury.Minimum education and experience required: The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in Fixed Income Financing, Equity Financing, Treasury Services, Commodities, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience with: working on Basel I-III risk based capital rules specific to securities financing products; IFRS and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) pertaining to the reporting and recording of securities financing transactions (SFTs); supporting Trading and Sales on Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) and balance sheet usage; working on the Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB) Surcharge U.S. rule, Leverage Ratio (LR), Supplementary Leverage Ratio (SLR), and Enhanced Supplementary Leverage Ratio (eSLR) rule; working on post-crisis (2008) liquidity regime changes applicable to U.S. banking organizations; Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR); and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR).
