As a key member of the CIB Front Office (FO) Recruiting Team, this individual will work closely with the Head of Recruitment for CIB Front Office EMEA by playing a consulting role and providing recruitment expertise to Hiring Managers and recruiters.  The team focuses on identifying top talent across Markets, Treasury Services, Investor Services, Investment Banking and Corporate Banking.  The Executive Recruiter will support the demands of the CIB FO team to deliver bespoke, diversified solutions for talent acquisition, market intelligence and succession planning.  They will also collaborate with Senior Management, Compensation and Human Resources Business Partners to provide a strategic and seamless recruitment effort. 
 
Requirements:
 
The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
 
  • A proven track record in placing mid-senior level executives with experience in Investment Banking, Treasury Services, Investor Solutions or Corporate Banking (ideally to have experience in 2 of these areas)
  • Have the ability to research and map the market of competitors in the financial services industries, from scratch, to identify prospective candidates and create organizational charts, with 100% accuracy
  • Have an established network of world class senior Bankers across EMEA to leverage
  • Ability to produce a shortlist of fully vetted and qualified candidates, who are best in class in their respected field
  • Based upon knowledge of the market be able to advise / recommend hiring managers and the HR function on offer proposal, including complex deferred compensation structures
  • Have strong knowledge of executive compensation packages, including regulatory requirements across the financial industry
  • Have proven ability in hiring opportunistic candidates into previously unknown roles – based on strong influencing skills and a full understanding of the strategy and direction of the company
  • Experience of recruitment or executive search in niche locations across Europe
  • Executive presence with credibility, gravitas and ability to build trust based relationships quickly
  • Graduate with executive search and/or in-house recruiting experience
  • Exceptional communication skills – ability to handle complex, sensitive conversations with multiple stakeholders
  • Ensure Best Practices on Recruitment are followed at all times
The selected individual will be critical in our efforts to continue to expand and enhance our recruiting process.  They will support the Head of Recruitment for CIB Front Office EMEA in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.
