Team Summary:

The Australia Credit Risk team focuses on execution of corporate finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance for Australia /NZ CIB clients. The team works closely with business partners from the Global Corporate Bank, Debt Capital Markets and Corporate and Investment Bank.


Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Australia & New Zealand Chief Risk Officer/CIB Credit Risk Regional Credit Executive along with providing support to the wider Risk team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management 
  • Business Resiliency Coordinator for the team 
  • Answer phones and pass on detailed messages 
  • Co-ordinate both domestic and international travel 
  • Arranging room bookings, catering and teleconference facilities 
  • Work closely with the EAs across Asia Pacific and worldwide to coordinate schedules across different timelines 
  • Onboarding/Offboarding of staff
  • Invoice and expense administration 
  • Report preparation, review and submission for various Committees and Forums 
  • Assist in updating the Risk Management Framework documents, Dashboard and APAC Risk SharePoint

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Previous EA experience within a corporate environment
  • Ability to successfully prioritise and deliver competing requirements in a professional manner 
  • Clear thinking and concise communication is important when interacting with different groups and balancing priorities. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload and meet internal client demands 
  • Proven ability to build relationships with clients, and with colleagues 
  • Intermediate MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • SharePoint 
  • Concur 
  • Typing speed - min 60 wpm
