Duties: Participate in software development and coding activities for company's various application platforms as assigned. Participate in project initiation meetings with business and technology partners to scope and size projects. Review business requirements to provide estimates and impacts for projects. Conduct code reviews with application development teams. Review functional requirements documentation to ensure it meets business requirements. Analyze and remediate technical issues. Track key operational performance metrics for senior management's review. Author and review technical design documents. Liaise between technology and operations teams. Provide production support for critical applications.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as Software Developer/Engineer, Associate/Team Lead (IT/Software), or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with PEGA PRPC development. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills: PEGA SmartInvestigate; Oracle; and SQL Server. This position requires one (1) year of experience with Java.
