Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.
The Global Strategy & Core Services (GSCS) organization brings together the architecture, development, solutions architecture and core foundation service groups in GTI and drives several firm-wide technology infrastructure initiatives. These service groups enable JPMC’s to shift to a software-defined, automated, high-scale services organization through driving integrated technology strategy, roadmaps and product development and enhancing alignment between LOB and GTI teams. 
The Strategy Delivery & Adoption (SD&A) team within GSCS partners with the GSCS Tower Leads to deliver critical, strategic firm wide technology solutions and drive their adoption.
GSCS’ Strategy Delivery & Adoption team are hiring an Identity & Access Management Senior Program Manager, who will be responsible for executing against key GSCS access management initiatives, reporting to the Delivery Services Manager. The ideal candidate is an experienced global leader in identity and access technology controls, with a proven track record of leading by influence geographically diverse delivery teams; as well as being a leader of organizational, operational and technological change.   
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Strong understanding of data, application and infrastructure security models and standards such as Segregation of Duties, Privileged Access/ID Management, and multifactor authentication solutions for critical infrastructure
  • Collaboration with global business and technical teams to support an enterprise solution that is continuously scalable, adaptable and synchronized with ever changing business needs
  • Work across Infrastructure, LOB and Enterprise delivery teams to coordinate integrated technology solutions and delivery
  • Determine and document intended business outcomes and develop detailed delivery strategy and plans including budget, resourcing strategy and delivery dates
  • Manage and control scope, risk management plan and change management process
  • Provide executive reporting on project/program health and performance including progress against business outcomes and ROI
  • Coordinate cross-tower and cross-project activities including determining internal and external dependencies, and managing these to ensure delivery and execution against plans.
  • Interface with respective teams within and outside GTI to foster teamwork, build strong relationships and identify process improvements or requirements for new processes.
  • Lead and influence global teams that work effectively and collaboratively to provide outstanding levels of service and deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Building strong partnerships with service owner teams, Delivery Operations and LOB teams, as well as corporate functions including Finance & Business management and Human Resources.
  • Drive consistency and efficiencies in routines and reporting across towers and across programs
Drive development and adoption of delivery performance metrics
    • 10+ years of project or program leadership experience in Technology, ideally in globally focused identity and access management security control programs.
    • Experience in managing delivery of complex technology solutions.
    • Strong understanding of entitlements management technologies and infrastructure in an integrated, multi-platform environment
    • Demonstrated experience leading large security, access management and entitlement programs, including Cloud security model/framework implementations
    • Thorough understanding of project and program management techniques and methods, including Agile
    • Excellent working knowledge of project and program management software
    • Experience of working in large global organization with a matrix environment, utilizing virtual teams.
    • Proven ability to think strategically about how to create business-led solutions coupled with the ability to execute against deliverables.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong negotiating skills, comfortable executing against recommendations & plans by overcoming barriers and resistance.
    • Ability to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firm.
