Corporate Human Resources plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing global initiatives across the firm.  The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and HR Service Delivery ( HRSD). The Global Recruiting Infrastructure and Operations function drives consistency and delivers efficiencies through shared services, consistent metrics and technology-driven solutions to improve the recruiting function’s ability to support the hiring needs of the business. Within this team, the Change Management & Optimization team is responsible for leading firmwide recruiting projects and process improvements, training, communications, and business management across both experienced and campus recruiting.

A talented, transformative-minded leader is needed to support process reengineering and optimization across Campus Recruiting Operations, which in turn, will provide consistent, high-quality experiential improvements across our established processes and operating model.

The Campus Recruiting Operations VP will provide thought leadership and manage critical strategic transformation efforts within Campus Recruiting.  This role will report to the Campus Recruiting Operations Director.  

Key components of the job include:

  • Manage large scale initiatives (Across regions and LOBs), identifying qualitative and quantitative analyses required and driving execution
  • Works on a cross-functional team to identify any weaknesses, gaps and opportunities for improvement across all aspects of campus recruiting
  • Partner with project team members to develop frameworks and insights to address key process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy development efforts
  • Work with others to identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify potential bottom-line financial impact across portions of a Workstream
  • Synthesize impactful findings, develop recommendations, and present recommendations to senior leaders
  • Identify potential roadblocks/obstacles and escalate issues as needed
  • Builds a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the Campus Operations Leadership team
  • Fosters strategic partnerships across the Operations areas and Campus leadership team

 

 

 Qualifications:

  • 6+ years consulting experience with a top-tier management consulting firm or an internal consulting / corporate strategy team
  • Strong problem-solving skills as well as client management and executive-level communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and manage most elements of an entire workstream
  • Financial services and recruitment operations background is preferred, but not mandatory
