  • As an experienced product manager, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run.

    This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • Working with the Release Train Engineer to help develop the product roadmap and curate the backlog across globally dispersed stakeholders, and manage relationships with our business and change management teams
  • Leading a team of Business Analysts, with a keen focus on ensuring successfully delivery of owned features & components
  • Working with our Application Development teams to provide all the information required by the developers to produce accurate estimates where possible in planning sessions
  • Interfacing with business users to produce accurate, appropriately detailed requirements and User Stories
  • Acting as a lead analyst and work with the Application Development teams to deliver stories successfully
  • Working with and help other technical analysts & developers to take group responsibility and ensure that the team can deliver on committed objectives
  • Building subject matter expertise around the client onboarding business process, regulations and application functional expertise
  • Ensuring team engagement and hands on participation in functional testing, investigation of issues and ensure the team is proactively engaged
Additional responsibilities & qualifications include:
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to more junior Technical Analysts
  • Provide regular feedback to the team on performance and any suggestions or concerns in retrospective sessions
  • Participate as a member of the program leadership team, offering regular insight into views on how the program is progressing and providing recommendations on how to continually improve
  • Work with team members to facilitate best practices
  • 7 years minimum experience in technology business analysis and project leadership
  • Experience leading a team, preferably in a software product delivery program or organization
  • Experience with product management tools including Confluence & JIRA
  • Experience in Agile, as well as other project management methodologies
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, as well as experience presenting software designs and applications to large audiences
  • Prototyping skills & experience, such as Axure RP, is a plus
  • SAFe experience and certifications a plus
