Finn is a new all-mobile bank that gives consumers greater control of their everyday spending and saving.  The product has been co-created with customers and offers them critical bank features (checking and savings accounts, Send/Request Money with Zelle, mobile check deposit, bill pay and more), plus tools to help them get a new perspective on their spending and to save automatically.


Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team to manage the business for Finn.  There are two objectives for this role:

1.       Lead day-to-day business operations

2.       Co-develop, synthesize and evangelize product strategy


To fulfill these objectives, the candidate will partner deeply with the Head of Business & Program Management and the Chief Product Owner to ensure we run Finn with rigor and a maniacal focus on customer outcomes, and have a sharply crafted strategic vision.  To do so, the candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners across design, technology, marketing and operations.

A successful candidate will be customer-obsessed and passionate about delivering impactful user experiences to our customers. This person should be a voracious consumer of trends in mobility, design, technology, social behavior and commerce.

Key Responsibilities include:

·         Develop budget, track and report spend

·         Drive metrics and reporting

·         Manage the internal process for gaining approval to launch new products and for ensuring appropriate controls are in place

·         Facilitate cross functional Program & Production oversight forums

·         Prepare executive status reporting

·         Lead and manage ongoing competitive analysis of emerging fin-techs and large banks

·         Synthesize strategic vision into executive insights and presentations

·         Facilitate and prepare strategy materials for meetings with senior executives

  • 8+ years of experience including time at a management consulting firm, in corporate strategy or in general business management at a large company
  • Team player with great interpersonal and natural leadership skills; high EQ is a must
  • Capable of developing and running efficient business processes in an agile environment
  • World-class written and verbal communication skills with experience writing executive-level communications and presentations
  • Experience with financial planning and tracking
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills
  • Excessive attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Minimum BBA required; MBA preferred
