Working manager position that supports all aspects of Vice President as well as overseeing management Team Leads and processing staff. Responsible for managing and oversight of processing staff, pipeline production, turn-time, quality, management of compliance and regulatory standards. Management of staff development and utilize performance management model as well as monitor department attrition. Daily pipeline management including but not limited to: NOI's, Locks, Quality, Expiring commitments to ensure pipeline is clean and loans are moving through system to achieve expected turn times. Able to remediate complicated/escalated files and scenarios without supervision. Participate in various projects and feedback sessions
-Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills.
-Strong understanding of mortgage documents and mortgage origination process.
-Be able to communicate, motivate and foster a high- performance work environment.
-Strong knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements.
-Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Abode.
-Must have strong training/mentoring skills
