Established as a market-leading function, the Onboarding Organisation’s objective is to help manage the regulatory risks involved in onboarding clients, with special attention to meeting the regulatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements. The team includes onboarding officers, quality control, account control administration and project managers.
The onboarding organisation continues to implement operating model improvements that enhance customer experience and deliver ongoing efficiencies within a strong control environment. The team is looking for an individual who can bring the talent and expertise to support production of Management Information (MI) and the generation of operational insights that enable to the platform to identify and deliver strategic and operational improvements.
The role will be based in Geneva and support Onboarding Operations team within the International Private Bank. This role involves frequent interaction with stakeholders in the front office and support functions both locally and globally in a fast-paced team environment, as well as the opportunity to work on specific strategic projects.
