Our Team

Established as a market-leading function, the Onboarding Organisation’s objective is to help manage the regulatory risks involved in onboarding clients, with special attention to meeting the regulatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements.  The team includes onboarding officers, quality control, account control administration and project managers.

The Role

The onboarding organisation continues to implement operating model improvements that enhance customer experience and deliver ongoing efficiencies within a strong control environment.  The team is looking for an individual who can bring the talent and expertise to support production of Management Information (MI) and the generation of operational insights that enable to the platform to identify and deliver strategic and operational improvements.

The role will be based in Geneva and support Onboarding Operations team within the International Private Bank.  This role involves frequent interaction with stakeholders in the front office and support functions both locally and globally in a fast-paced team environment, as well as the opportunity to work on specific strategic projects.  The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Leading development of an efficient MI capability
  • Identifying tactical and strategic opportunities to improve quality, timeliness and cost of MI provision
  • Working with stakeholders to develop relevant scorecards that enable them to better manage their operations
  • Maintaining planning & forecasting processes and monitor performance against plan
  • Conducting analysis to understand business drivers, drive insights, and identify opportunities to improve results
  • Supporting management by providing timely, accurate information on business performance and costs
  • Preparing for regular business reviews with senior management and other committees
  • Coordinating initiatives across regions to bring global consistency in processes, systems and best practices
  • Supporting disciplined expense management
  • Researching and resolve data issues and answer queries from management and other key stakeholders
  • Escalating and / or resolving team issues; track and measure recurring themes for systemic issues and opportunities
  • Assisting with capacity planning tracking and management
  • Coordinating and provide disciplined project management on ad hoc projects
  • Liaising with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Front Office and Tech on certain project Perform other office management tasks as needed
  • Coordinating materials and agenda for management & other meetings

Education and Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English is essential and any additional language skills would be an advantage
  • Specific industry related experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular with Excel, Powerpoint, Access
  • Advanced MI skillsets preferred (e.g. SQL, Qlickview, etc)
  • A background in a professional consulting environment preferred
