Description
 

This team is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the CIB Risk organization to manage program and project agendas.  The work this group covers is often a mixture of projects related to Risk, Finance and Operations across the broader Corporate & Investment Bank. The role is based in Delaware and will be part of a global team.

 

Project/ Program management responsibilities include

  • Defining project scope, stakeholders, risks and issues
  • Drafting an end to end project plan
  • Managing project execution against the project plan
  • Managing communication of status updates to stakeholders and Senior Management through presentations and reports
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with stakeholders and functional / business partners
  • Partnering with stakeholders, providing guidance and analysis, helping identify and escalate issues/risks/dependencies and facilitating communication across teams
  • Coordinating working group meetings, setting the agenda, preparing meeting materials, documenting minutes and ensuring clear ownership of action items
  • Overseeing the delivery of various work streams across sub lines of business 

The candidate must be a self starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment, be confident and have excellent communication skills. The role will have global exposure, accountability and responsibility.

  • 1-3 years project and process management experience
  • Relationship building, influencing  and stakeholder management skills
  • Established track record of project delivery in a complex environment
  • Strong oral and written Communication and Presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, structured approach to problem solving
  • Strong people and organizational management skills
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a changing work environment
  • Ability to work independently and be self motivated
  • Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage to changes in plan
  • Regulatory knowledge a plus
