•Expert in multiple technologies and design techniques as well as experience working across large Contact Center environments with multiple operating systems / infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g., Distinguished Engineers) expected to be firm-wide resource s working on projects across JPMC

•Proficient in multiple business disciplines, functions and influences the business' strategic direction through technology solution recommendations; key advisor on significant decisions

•Ensures risk controls and compliance to departmental and company wide standards

•Keen understanding of financial control and budget management

•5 plus years of experience in scale-out architecture, high-availability architecture, geo-redundant architecture and end-to-end contact center application development

•Strong skills in data analytics, regression analysis and forecasting methods (e.g. R) and statistics packages (e.g. Stata)

•Deep understanding of Digital, Cloud,  Security, and Omnichannel Customer Experience concepts

•4 plus years experience in architecting, and developing RTDM to automate and enhance real-time analytics for high-volume and execute focused, consistent strategies across channels.

•4 plus years with continuous integration/DevOps toolsets

•Strong in Agile Development and experience with SCRUM or similar methodologies

•Well versed in requirements generation and analysis, vendor analysis

•Knows how to respond to an RFP complete with deliverables, time lines, budget, etc.

•Expert real time customer interaction application design/developer/integrator. 

•Proficient in the full stack, from communications platforms, multi-channel orchestration and interaction routing applications, as well as specialized adjunct application platforms (recording/analytics/workforce management).

•Proficient in designing and integrating solutions to  map w/the required vendor platforms and associated API fabric.

•Expert in one or more core contact center platforms: Avaya, Cisco, Genesys
