The Consumer Banking Specialist is responsible for providing timely resolutions to our Consumer and Community Banking customer’s queries.  They will connect with our customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues."


This role will partner with technology groups, business partners, project analysts/managers, and external offshore vendor resources to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.

Individual will be responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of a testing function. The function is considered complex in nature with significant business impact. Considered a subject matter expert for multiple areas of business functionality and testing. People Manager.


  • Lead a team of Software Testing professionals responsible for user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Manage resources with regular communications, support, feedback and performance guidance.
  • Able to manage shifting priorities and motivate and manage teams against aggressive deadlines.
  • Manage test planning, execution and reporting across multiple projects/initiatives in alignment with Business needs.
  • Develop strategies and plans for improving test efficiency and effectiveness by evaluating existing test processes and technologies.
  • Develop and nurture key relationships with critical stakeholders throughout the SDLC to facilitate effective communication, manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Work with management team to establish operational goals and objectives for the UAT team.
  • Manage external vendors to performance standards and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate a strong talent mindset: maintaining, recruiting, selecting, training, coaching and motivating testing staff.
  • 4-Yr Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
  • Minimum five years of management experience.
  • Minimum five years of hands-on experience in managing a testing function.
  • Proven experience in implementing testing processes, methodologies, metrics and establishing a high-productive testing team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
  • Experience in demand planning.
  • Experience in using Application Lifecycle Management tool or similar tool.
  • Proven track record of creating efficiency gains in the testing process through automation, process improvements, etc.
