The Consumer & Community Banking Chief Development Office (CDO) is looking for an Agile DevOps Transformation Lead.  CCB is undergoing a major multi-year effort focused on transforming the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from a Waterfall to Agile process, inclusive of DevOps and Cloud initiatives that support the SDLC transformation. This role is key to the overall transformation.

 
The Agile-DevOps Transformation Lead is responsible for setting up, managing, and evangelizing the culture, practices, processes and tools that enable the business of software development and operations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of agile and the various points at which development and operations could be improved by better process improvement, tools, automation and metrics that can be gathered to improve CCB’s transformation. 
  • 10+ years of overall experience with an emphasis on information technology
  • Influence skills that truly build commitment, cooperation and high performance
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Critical thinking skills to assess how team capabilities can best be applied to complex business situations.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated and strong leadership and management skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in working with multiple Sprint teams to dynamically allocate non-production environments for top priority Agile development projects
  • Certified Scrum Professional/Master with over 5+ years of experience leading scaled Agile initiatives and 10+ years of experience leading transformational cross-functional IT initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience with agile development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and within an agile project team (either Agile by definition or agile in ability to perform cross-functional tasks quickly) – balance multiple projects and collaborating closely with other development teams
  • Previous experience with Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) and / or certification, a plus
  • Strong execution mindset to manage and track progress against transformation goals
