The Credit Bureau Operations (CBO) organization is responsible for the reporting of consumer data for all lines of business within Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) to all credit reporting agencies (e.g. Equifax, TransUnion, Experian, Early Warning Services, etc.).  The CBO Change Management team is responsible for coordinating and managing process and procedure changes within CBO, managing requirements of legal obligation mapping to all CBO procedures, and managing the Letter program for all CBO dispute correspondence as required.
 
The successful candidate will interface across multiple functional areas within the CCB Credit Bureau Operation COE as well as other related business areas including but not limited; to Mortgage, Credit Card Services, Auto Finance, Consumer and Business Banking.  The role also will include regular interaction with multiple control and support functions including Legal, Compliance, Oversight and Controls, Communications COE, Risk and IT.
 
The Credit Bureau Operations Change Management Analyst I position will support multiple processes within the Change Management space of Credit Bureau Operations and will serve as back up to Change Management Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Collaborative decision-making and good judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and drive strategy
  • Knowledge and application of successful business analysis tools and practices with practical experience
  • Excellent project management and client partnership ability.  Experience leading cross line-of-business projects and familiarity with basic project management tools a plus
  • Ability to write clear and concise communications in emails, documentation and procedures
  • Strong technical analysis and problem solving experience - yet adept at interfacing with all levels of management and influencing in a matrix organization
  • Knowledge of CCB support systems a plus (e.g.C3, MSP, ALA, CALS, Recovery1, DDA, LAW, CART, EPIC, MARS, e-Oscar, credit reporting agency applications)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to fine details
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues across levels, desire to learn quickly and think strategically
  • Ability to work in a highly demanding fast paced environment
  • Experience interacting with all levels of management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office products
  • Familiarity with Media Bin a plus
  • Knowledge of Credit Bureau data furnishing and dispute management regulations a plus
  • Statistical analyses experience a plus
  • BS/BA required; quantitative focus / advanced study a plus
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in a related area
