As a Business Analyst, Associate in CCB Risk Strategy and Execution, you will lead the analysis and authoring of business requirements for new requests or changes required of ZiPPY, the Home Lending decisioning engine application. Business requirements cover changes including product and credit policy rule enhancements, Underwriter Workbench changes, loan condition changes, mortgage calculation revisions, third party requirements (Fannie, Freddie, HUD) and interfaces between internal and external systems. Business Analyst Associates are responsible for driving their requirements from creation through release. As part of the requirement development process, you will be responsible for leading both peer reviews (with Products, Rules, Development, IT QA, and IT BAs) and full partner reviews (with all business requirement stakeholders) to make sure specification are both accurate and understandable.
