The Corporate & Investment Bank Credit Review (CIB CR) team is responsible for validating the accuracy and timeliness of internal credit risk ratings and assessing the effectiveness of the credit management process in JPMorgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) line of business.
The Credit Review Analytic Support supports CIB CR’s efforts, with duties including, but not limited to, the following:
  • Obtaining data from JPMC’s internal credit database and performing standardized analytical processing of this data to support CIB CR’s periodic portfolio reviews and monthly/quarterly monitoring activities. 
  • Managing spreadsheet-based tracking of reportable issues and follow-up triggers raised in the course of CIB CR’s review of CIB credit portfolios.
  • Setting up new review projects on CIB CR’s workpaper management system and archiving completed review projects.
  • Managing CIB CR’s weekly team meeting schedule and preparing materials reviewed at these meetings. 
  • Assisting with preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, the Board of Directors, external auditors and bank regulators.
This role supports 11 experienced Credit Review Officers (5 Managing Directors, 3 Executive Directors and 3 Vice Presidents).
Work is performed in NY but covers the global CIB portfolio, requiring active communication with JPMC offices worldwide. 


Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of work experience in a comparable role.
  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint.  Knowledge of Bloomberg a plus
  • Prior experience dealing with large data sets a plus. 
  • Independent research skills, particularly via web-based applications.
  • Flexibility, strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
