Description:
Business Process Analyst 1 – Client Services – Customer Fulfillment Plastics Production
The Business Process Analyst supports the day-to-day and long term client service needs of the plastics production facility in Coppell, TX.   The Business Process Analyst will act as the liaison between the Customer Fulfilment operation and internal clients. 
Core Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
  • Works with all levels across the organization to implement and support Customer Fulfillment initiatives using project methodology.
  • Communicates to site leaders and staff new functionality and changes that could impact production process or change current procedures.
  • Assist in managing capacity to meet client needs.
  • Maintain a procedure driven environment.
  • Supports a continuous improvement culture.
  • Responsible for maintaining an effective risk and control environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
  • 5+ years customer/client service experience preferably in an operations setting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Applications skills specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • 3+ years project management, responsible for partnering with internal customers along with IT groups.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency to deliver quality results while working collaboratively
