As a member of the EPV Advisory Services team, within Global Identity & Access Management, you will be responsible for driving the on-boarding of privileged accounts to Enterprise Password Vault.  The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, process-oriented individual with strong organizational and client-interfacing skills who is able to interact effectively with all levels of management.  The Privileged Access BA will have an understanding of the EPV technical platform in order to guide client applications to the appropriate solution.  Previous experience with Identity and Access Management and Privileged and Emergency Access is desired.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years’ practical experience in business analysis required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in scrum/agile environments;
  • Agile, SAFe, Six Sigma, IIBA certification a plus
  • Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting
  • Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data as required.
  • Experience working on an Agile/Scrum team preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with Agile collaboration tools – Jira, Confluence etc
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management a plus
  • Working with teams that use the following software/tools:
    • Modern programming languages: Java, Python, etc.
    • Infrastructure automation technologies: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.
    • Build automation technologies: Maven, Jenkins, etc.
    • Building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc.
    • Scripting languages like Python, Perl, Shell, etc.
