Treasury Sales Center serves the lower Middle Market, client segments. The TS Sales Center TMO is responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients, by identifying, proposing and delivering appropriate Treasury Management products and solutions for Clients, Portfolio Managers, and Bankers (on select accounts) who look to the TS Sales Center TMO to be their trusted Treasury Management advisor. The TS Sales Center TMO strives to deliver an exceptional client experience while mitigating risk.

 
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Works with Portfolio Managers and Bankers to maintain the existing portfolio of lower segment clients maintaining and growing the existing portfolio, via the phone
  • Serves as a trusted advisor, leveraging core knowledge to recommend and promote Treasury Management solutions to clients while working within the risk parameters that protect the firm
  • Develop account plans for select clients
  • Convey a professional, knowledgeable and confident demeanor over the phone
  • Build collaborative internal relationships to develop and foster partnerships with assigned Portfolio Managers, Bankers, Service and Implementation and other internal partners
  • Actively participate in partner meetings and communicate key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage customer expectations by communicating up front timelines and deliverables
  • Work closely with Implementation colleagues to ensure smooth hand-off of requests. Participate on regular client calls with Implementation when appropriate
  • Take ownership of escalating Treasury Management client issues to the appropriate partner (Service, Implementation, etc.) follow up and leverage the appropriate resources to champion results

Experience/Knowledge:
  • 3+ years of Treasury management, sales and relationship management experience
  • Strong working relationship with clients and colleagues
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Relationship Building – Build and maintain strong relationships of a portfolio of existing clients and internal partners via the phone. Influence those outside of direct Management control.
  • Marketing Expertise – Leverage expert knowledge to proactively and creatively present solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Business Acumen – Understand the overarching Treasury Services business environment and mobilize internal networks and resources. Drive business results in alignment with strategic objectives. Possess knowledge and understanding of Treasury Services products, credit process, and pricing philosophy.
  • Time Management – Establish and consistently follow a disciplined process to plan activities, manage time and accomplish tasks and objectives.
  • Judgment and Professionalism – Make sound decisions that consider and balance the needs of the customer and the bank. Display professionalism in written and oral communications, both internally and externally.
  • Drive and Motivation - Demonstrate tenacity, focus, discipline and self impetus to accomplish results.
  • Other key competencies – Use of various PC and Internet-based systems to manage a client portfolio.
