Multi-media Editor

As part of the National Sales Development team, the Multi-Media Editor will be responsible for the development of video and audio sales tools to be used internally by Consumer Banking & Wealth Management client-facing employees.  These multi-media tools feature actionable tips and best practices from top-performing employees to help others deliver great customer experiences, deepen relationships and grow the business.

 

The Multi-Media Editor will independently lead post-production work on National Sales video and audio projects, working closely with other Communication Managers, who will serve as producers.  This position requires a highly creative and skilled individual who understands the fundamentals of multi-media production and can develop end-to-end video and audio assets – including editing, motion graphics and administrative tasks.  The editor must be able to work both independently on projects and collaboratively with a team – taking direction from others to deliver final video/audio projects, based on the key messages and timelines laid out in production briefs.

 
Responsibilities include:
 

Planning: 

  • Collaborate with Communications Managers to develop creative briefs and storyboards
Production
  • Develop creative/graphic elements for video assets – including motion graphics
  • Refine scripts as appropriate
  • Select music, stock, graphics
  • Support location productions as needed including camera, lighting and other technical elements

Post Production:

  • Lead all graphic development and post-production editing
  • Coordinate post-production reviews with Communications Managers and SMEs
  • Manage reviews with Legal & Compliance partners
  • Document/archive sign off and deliver final audio/video assets
Administration:
  • Maintain audio-visual SharePoint site
  • Audio and video asset management
  • Support annual video recertification

    Required skills:


    • Proven experience  developing end-to-end video and audio productions – including motion graphics (presentation of creative reel required)
    • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software with a strong focus on Premiere Pro, AfterEffects and Audition; working knowledge of HTML and SharePoint preferred, but not required
    • Highly personable with a customer-focused disposition – the position requires an outgoing, professional and courteous person
    • Proven organizational and project management skills – ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment
    • Self-motivated, effective under pressure and capable of quick turns
    • Bachelor’s degree in Media or Communications preferred
