The Planning & Analysis Group is responsible for partnering within the business and across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, central oversight and coordination of firm wide budgeting and forecasting, macroeconomic scenario design and distribution, and strategic program management and execution including the new Firmwide Forecasting Framework.  This includes oversight for firm wide reporting across all four lines of business (LOB): Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), Asset Management (AM), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) and Commercial Bank (CB).  Additionally, P&A helps drive and improve automation, simplification of processes and the enhancement of analytics.
These roles primarily support the strategic analysis of our financial planning framework, in addition to partnering closely with LOB business teams and functions for core financial reporting, process improvement, ad-hoc analysis and due diligence.
 
Key Responsibilities:
This role is the Head of Planning & Analysis and business prioritization for the CCB technology and digital organizations. Responsibilities will include rebuilding the data and analytics of the technology and digital organizations to support the agile transformation of the technology, digital and CCB organizations. The person in this role will also be part of the CCB Data Analytics Council.

Qualifications:
  • Senior/Experienced Executive Director level role
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or sciences, advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of financial analysis, financial services, consulting and/or technology related experience
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
  • Prior experience with managing a team
  • Excellent analytical skills with passion for data analysis
  • Ability to synthesize and think about broad strategy
  • Exemplary communication, influencing, relationship building, and coordination skills
  • Engineering mind with strong process improvement and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
  • Team player with ability to work across cross functional teams and businesses
  • Execution focused self-starter with strong initiative and eye for detail; able to take ownership and work independently, as well as on a team
  • Comfortable operating in a demanding  and fast-paced environment
  • Responds with flexibility in dynamic environment and comfortable with  addressing ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to partner well and influence others
