As an Operations Analyst, you will confirm the accorded operations with the counterpart and price process for the system closing.  Your job responsibilties include all aspects of the abandoned property process.  This entails working across the Wealth Management business to approve due diligence efforts to contact clients, monitoring property deemed abandoned and escheating to various state in a timely manner.


  • Enforcing state statutes for dormant client property including cash, outstanding checks, securities and real property working with Corporate Escheatment
  • Ensuring changes to state statutes are applied to application used to support the process effectively
  • Develop testing approach and test scripts to mitigate risk through regression testing and functional testing
  • coordinate resources to execute test scripts
  • Develop implementation, communication, and training plan for onshore and offshore teams. 
  • Make independent decisions, sign off on testing success and approve functionality to be released to production
