This position is a key contributor to achieving the growth goals of the IHG Rewards Club co-brand program. Specifically, this position supports the new account acquisitions marketing leader to execute marketing initiatives related to new account acquisitions.

 

  • Develop and direct the execution of acquisitions marketing efforts for the IHG co-brand program to ensure we are meeting our key growth goals related to new accounts.
  • Work closely with Chase’s internal Center Of Excellence (COE) teams to execute campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including email, IHG and Chase online channels, call center transfers, affiliates and direct mail.
  • Work closely with IHG to enhance and expand our acquisition channel capabilities including on property tactics to generate new accounts from IHG loyalty members while that are staying at an IHG property.
  • Work across the Chase card organization to drive the implementation of enhancements and the expansion of acquisitions channels including Refer-A-Friend; Chase.com; and Mobile.
  • Support the acquisitions marketing leader in driving pricing and offer strategy to meet both growth and profitability goals.

5+ years of marketing and marketing execution experience.  Experience with co-brand or affinity relationships for a direct to consumer financial services organization is a plus.
 
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a strong ability to influence others
  • Experience managing partner or vendor relationships
  • Problem solver with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical thinker with ability to interpret results and drive change
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional internal /external teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively work across the matrix organization and influence outcomes
  • Strong control mindset and understanding of internal processes, procedures and systems linked to campaign execution
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
