Job Description:
As a member of our Global Tools and Capabilities team within Digital Marketing, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing global standards and best practices for our digital platform and is the overall custodian and curator for our engagement tools.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Work with product management to improve conversion processes and other on-site improvements to facilitate digital activation clients
  • Partner with vendors and internal technology team to implement, optimize, and scale engagement tools for a diverse range of initiatives across lines of business
  • Conceptualize and implement optimization strategies to support the business; meet and exceed volume and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation & Performance Management, Business Intelligence, Segmentation Marketing, and Strategy teams to structure, implement and measure tests across digital engagement activities
  • Stay abreast on industry trends and best practices for all digital tools
  • Work with the Head of Martech to present recommendation for new capabilities/tools to internal and executive teams as needed. Work with constituents to implement digital engagement strategies and obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders
  • Analyze and report on platform performance on a weekly and monthly basis. Identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
  • Collaborate with demand performance team on digital channel selection for business engagement strategies.
  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with emphasis on engagement strategies in a marketing/advertising agency, asset management or marketing department.
  • Ability to consistently meet program goals and hit performance metrics if not exceed them
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively is a must in this role
  • Understanding of common digital marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience using reporting applications
  • Excellent project management and Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to multi task in a high paced fluid environment while ensuring deliverables are met within assigned deadlines
  • Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) is a plus
  • Software troubleshooting; Excellent attention to detail
