Consumer & Community Banking Risk Management partners with each CCB sub-line of business to identify, assess, prioritize and remediate risk. Our Risk Management professionals work directly with Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Auto/Student Loan, Card and Commerce Services, Chase Wealth Management and Mortgage Banking to minimize, monitor and control the probability of risk events and mitigate the impact of risk events that do occur.The Credit Risk Manager/Leader is responsible for managing risk strategy & policies, developing and maintaining MIS reports and other process standards and performing complex activities related to improving collections performance. The candidate will be responsibility for managing collections for cards & (or) overdraft portfolio, making decisions & recommendation based on risk-return analysis, directly manage business partner relationship for self and junior team members with stateside partners within risk and also with operations. The role would involve project management responsibilities, responsibility for mentoring & coaching junior team members, thought leadership to projects execute within.
