Global Identity & Access Management
Global Identity and Access Management provides identity and access management solutions for the firm's infrastructure and applications. The team ensures that appropriate access controls are in place and applied effectively and continuously.   
 
The Identity Access Manager will manage the operations of a team of security access administrators that support various web and non-web based business applications. The team is involved in a wide range of access management and system security activities that require a high level of technical competence.  The successful candidate will partner with technology groups and the lines of business to deliver a high quality service to internal and external clients located worldwide.
 
Responsibilities:
- Supervise security administration activities on various platforms, applications and systems, ensuring access is granted in accordance with security control policies, established standards and procedures
- Responsible for the overall success of operations, ensures tasks are completed on time and within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Document small-to medium-scale projects and delivers presentations with minimal supervision
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Information Security products, policies/practices and processes and how they are applied in daily function. Provide consulting services to internal business partners (i.e. Line of Business, GTI, GAD, IRM etc.) as it relates to security access.
- Participate in audit support activities, as they pertain to access administration, for both internal and external audits
- Delegate project duties to project team and ensure they are on track with project deliverables
- Provides team guidance and leadership on troubleshooting department issues
- Oversee staff participation in implementation of security related projects for new/enhanced technology
- Interface with Line of Business Information Risk Managers to identify and resolve potential access control risk issues
- Facilitates business calls for high severity incidents
- Includes people management responsibilities including performance management, mentoring, coaching.
- Propose process changes to improve the efficiency and quality of work
- Improve current processes and drive positive change in: controls, data quality and regulatory compliance
- Work with global operations management to promote risk awareness and compliance, in line with established IT Control policies, processes and procedures
- Manage any adhoc compliance and security-related projects as required by management
- Provide on-going analysis and reporting on team performance and progress

 

 

 

Education & Experience:
 
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; in Risk Management, Operations, Computer Science or similar discipline preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in identity and access administration, global operations and/or technology risk management
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with IT risk and control, in particular of identity and access management requirements within a global financial institution
- Strong Service Delivery Environment background supporting both incident and request ticket submissions
- Industry recognized certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC) recommended

This position is anticipated to require the use of one or more High Security Access (HSA) systems. Users of these systems are subject to enhanced screening that includes both criminal and credit background checks, and/or other enhanced screening at the time of accepting the position and on an annual basis thereafter. The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
