The CIB Team, in partnership with the business, is responsible for the recruitment of Interns and Analysts into Investment Banking, Investor Services, Risk, and Treasury Services and Sales, Trading & Research (Global Markets). The team covers campus marketing, candidate management, the selection process and our summer and off-cycle internships.
 
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Campus Recruiter to support on all of our Global Markets attraction, selection and internship programme management.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Work with the Lead Global Markets Recruiter to drive & deliver attraction & selection strategies in EMEA
  • Manage candidate pipelines and the selection processes for full-time, off-cycle and summer Analysts in London and Local Offices
  • Own recruiting for particular Global Markets business lines (e.g. Trading & Research), reporting to the Lead Global Markets Recruiter
  • Lead School team activities for allocated schools & represent the firm on campus
  • Develop, manage and grow the relationships with school teams and career services at your target school or for your target region, to facilitate the recruiting process and to enhance recruiting strategies
  • Ensure Diversity is imbedded into attraction & selection for target schools and for the Global Markets business
  • Partner with marketing, L&D and programme teams for recruiting activities
  • Partner with Lead Global Markets Recruiter on the organisation, delivery and management of the summer internship programme
  • Organise and run events (both educational initiatives and social) for the summer intern class
  • Client relationship & stakeholder management
  • Assist Lead Global Markets Recruiter with hiring target collation process
  • Collaborate with other CIB and Infrastructure Recruiters, as well as global teams to ensure consistency & sharing of best practice across campus
Skills/ Competencies:
  • Business or recruiting experience required, preferably in Financial Services
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and to multitask
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven relationship management skills across all levels and within the team
  • Strong presentation skills in large and small group settings
  • Drive and enthusiasm, which engages those involved in recruiting
  • Sense of urgency
  • Interest in financial services
  • Assessment / interviewing skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and application/hiring data analysis
  • Good level of proficiency with PowerPoint
