Overview:  We have multiple positions at varying levels on the team responsible for the recruiting and hiring of top university talent as interns, analysts and associates across our North America CIB businesses.  As part of the Recruiting Business Advisory team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Recruiting Strategy:  Understand the specific talent needs of the business and developing and executing the recruiting strategy to attract a strong pipeline of skilled, diverse student talent
  • Relationships:  Foster relationships with key stakeholders and influencing decision-making, including business leaders, business volunteers, resource managers, HR business partners and other members of the human capital community
  • Program Management:  Contribute to the overall delivery of a best-in-class university recruiting program, specifically diversity initiatives and Superdays, while implementing improvements and innovations to the recruiting process
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:  Work closely and seamlessly with other members of the CIB recruiting team, including the Campus-facing team and the Central Operations team
  • Team Development:  Assist in the development of team members through coaching, mentoring and indirect/direct supervision
 
 
Specific Deliverables:
  • Continue to develop and advance the campus recruiting strategy and programs for the CIB business, with a view to changes in the industry, competitive landscape and talent pool
  • Participate in the end-to-end recruiting process with the business, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, candidate selection and onboarding 
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with business stakeholders and provide regular updates and data-driven progress reports
  • Provide the campus-facing team with CIB-wide sourcing allocations by school
  • Ensure a strong focus on delivering a strong slate of diverse candidates, in partnership with the Campus Development Specialists and school teams
  • Facilitate and manage a bias-free and consistent selection process, including the identification and training of company volunteers to participate in recruiting activity 
  • Drive a robust candidate engagement and selling process to ensure high conversion of candidates at all stages of the recruiting process  
  • Oversee the design and execution of in-house programs from early identification and education programs to the summer internship programs
  • Execute a strong internship program that provides a meaningful experience to students and allows the business to make informed hiring decisions for full-time offers
Required Experience:
  • Proven ability to achieve quality and quantity hiring goals, as well as diversity hiring practices
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and make decisions that balance team priorities and demands of the business; while maintaining a consistent process  
  • Understanding and experience creating a distinct and impactful candidate experience
  • Strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, complex, professional services setting
  • Possess strong ability to use metrics, data and resourcing analysis to manage and improve processes and decisions
  • Successful change management experience, both in process execution and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle and developing talent pipelines.  Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting and/or working with university populations; previous campus recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Possess resilience and flexibility and a certain level of comfort with ambiguity and change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
  • Possess a positive outlook and understand personal impact in a team environment
