Description

As a Business Operations Procedure Writer you will work for Credit Bureau Operations and partner with subject matter experts to document policies and procedures for Data Furnishing.  This role is responsible for consistent knowledge, formatting and best practices of procedures from creation through to publication and training.   

Responsibilities include: 

·         Write new or update existing procedures to document policy driven standards

  • Initiate creation of new procedures
  • Inventory existing procedures and coordinate review and re-certification
  • Report on procedure inventory status and champion Credit Bureau Operations Control initiatives
  • Document and train on procedure best practices and standards  
  • Evidence the procedure lifecycle is moving forward and vetted with internal approval forums
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the subject matter experts to ensure timeliness of publication
  • Perform quality reviews to ensure process and report gap analysis
  • Collect summary of file processing and evidence from each Credit Reporting Agency
  • Collection and analysis of correction file data deficiencies and champion modifications to ensure remediation and promote data quality and integrity
  • Engage and identify cross-impacts with other functional areas such as Dispute partners
  • Document procedure changes, maintain log and manage multiple projects based on prioritization

 

Qualifications

 Required Skills

·         Excellent Project Coordination and Project tracking skills

·         Experience in collaborating across multiple functional operational teams

·         Must demonstrate strong time management skills, ability to multi-task & handle multiple  assignments, proactively consider future impacts & prioritize one's own work

·         Must have professional verbal and written skills being able to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level

·         Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze detailed business requirements, raise questions and seek resolution to outstanding clarifications required for test case identification

·         Good oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to influence

·         Strong partnership and team building skills

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Data Furnishing knowledge a plus
