CB Business Management is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of a multi-year, multi- disciplinary transformational initiative aimed re-designing our sales platform in order to drive banker and business performance. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of projects and change initiatives using proven project lifecycle methodologies. He or she will be responsible for managing the overall success of the project, including business case, budget, resourcing, and stakeholder management.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Leads multiple cross-organizational/LOB or cross-business unit projects to deliver significant business results/deliverables impacting CB sales processes
  • Contributes to setting and driving the strategic direction for the overall program   
  • Recommends and prioritizes tactical and strategic projects to deliver ongoing sustainable business improvements   
  • Directs cross-organizational program teams through project lifecycle from ideation to project execution, including executive approval and multiple demand management processes   
  • Manages and directs overall project team activities and monitors progress, including project health, capacity planning, developing and mentoring staff, and internal process improvement activity   
  • Manages budget for assigned projects or program, monitors progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly   
  • Develops and articulates well thought out business case and its financial/bottom line impacts   
  • Resolves conflict through expert collaboration and broad decision-making 
  • Fosters an environment where risk/control issues are escalated, and trends are anticipated and identified
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience (program management, process improvements and change management); knowledge of Commercial Banking is preferred
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Strong project management methodology and techniques with proven teamwork and influential skills  
  • Ability to partner across business lines and interact with all levels of the organization   
  • Established track record of delivery in a complex environment and experience driving process reengineering design and implementation
  • Ability to understand business drivers and requirements in order to development process improvements and solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills   
  • Proven work experience influencing others to initiate a recommended course of action
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience   
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills
  • BA / BS degree; MBA preferred.
