Information Specialist - GMG - Mumbai
Job Description for Equities Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Management (BM) support role which includes data analysis & reporting. It also requires strong excel and communication skills.
Equity CRM Support Responsibilities
  • MIS Support / Client Analysis on Touchpoints Reports and Consumptions
  • Help CRM on wallet analysis, correction of mappings/Client Account Management
  • Coordinate coverage file for our clients based on their proprietary system, excel file, BrokerTrack, Cogent and other system.
  • Extensive use of Business Objects to produce reports
Equity Sales BM Support Responsibilities
  • MIS & Reporting support
    • Production of various weekly, monthly sales reports and presentations and management pack
    • Maintain reporting / MIS Sharepoint repository
    • Respond to ad-hoc enquiries , assist in streamlining portfolio of reports and ensuring that numbers are reconcilable
    • Assist with updation of date
    • Assist with formatting official regional-wide management communications
  • Reference Data Management
    • Organizational chart updates
    • Static reference data updates
  • Miscellaneous
    • Follow-up with sales employee on any number of outstanding actions


Skills Required
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Financial Product knowledge added advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Macros, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Good Presentations skills
  • Self-starter, ability to multitask and work effective under pressure and stress
  • Adaptable, flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment
  • Developed problem solving techniques and solutions oriented
  • Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate and communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Ability to successfully navigate a complex infrastructure that involves numerous groups and individuals and “think outside the box” for achieving results.
