Role overview:
The purpose of this role is to assist and support with the smooth and seamless running of the GWS department within GS&I. As an Analyst you will be the first point of contact for general queries on screening.  You will play a key role in achieving day to day screening requirements for the Onboarding of staff.
The successful candidate must come from an employment screening background and be eager to be a valued member of the team.  Must demonstrate attention to detail and strive to be best in class in what they do. Knowledge of the financial industry would be an advantage.
The ability to interact with managers, suppliers and relevant stakeholders is essential, demonstrating high levels of professionalism. 
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Checking reports from screening vendor
  • Verifying and validating screening results conducted by screening vendor
  • Escalating any issues concerns to your Team Lead
  • Ability to work in a busy environment with high volumes
  • Develop a strong relationship with key stakeholders within the business
  • Liaising with vendors to resolve queries and/or establish processes 
  • Updating and maintaining internal case records
  • Provide status reports to stakeholders
  • To look to continually improve processes within day to day operations
Qualifications: Essential knowledge, skills & abilities
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive with the commitment to deliver to exceptional standards
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to and manage priorities effectively
  • Meticulous
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player within a small team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
