As a Technology Project Manager, you will work with the business and technology leadership in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives, defining short and long term objectives for projects and technology platforms. Regularly communicate status of program to all impacted stakeholders. Clearly define project objectives, lead the development of the implementation plan, and oversee the execution of that plan. Provide the business management team with constructive feedback as it pertains to project or overall program performance. Ensure compliance of application development activities for system integration with third party vendor solutions with technology risk policies. Analyze project risks, costs, and benefits and make s relevant recommendations to business and technology leadership team. Develop processes and tools that encourage continuous performance improvements.
You will establish and maintain working relationship with: technology management, business management, program sponsors, vendors, and business clients. Act as a communication channel between Technology and the business for ongoing program management status and issues, opening up communication channels, coordinating messages and setting business expectations.
College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience with relevant business and team leadership skills
Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions (e.g. transaction management, risk management etc.) and industries
Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups
Knowledge of outsourcing methodologies and operating models
Experience in working with Outside Service Providers
Excellent oral and written communication skills for executive communications to senior business and technology audience
