The Technology Controls Office (TCO) is responsible for Governance, Risk & Compliance over the technology controls program within CIB Markets.  TCO is seeking an individual to manage the governance & oversight processes of technology control programs TCO is responsible for; including but not limited to:
  •  Application Control Assessments
  • Cyber Control Assessments
  • Risk and Control incidents/events
  • Internal Audit, Regulatory, SSAE-16 & SOX assessments
  • Management of known issues and their resolution
The role will also require the candidate to regularly produce
  • Executive Management Presentations
  • Management Reports & Metrics
  • Supporting Materials for various management & projects meetings

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of  information technology, and auditing of IT general computer controls and application controls
  • Project management skills, with proven ability to deliver quality results in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance structures and how they function.
  • A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,  PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project)

IT Control Certification (e.g. CISA, CRISC, CISM, CGEIT) preferred but not mandatory.
