What You Can Expect
In the two-year rotational Chase Control Officer Program, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our top-tier professionals across the Consumer & Community Banking Oversight & Controls team. Through two one-year rotations, you'll help guide Consumer & Community Bank business units toward a proactive risk and control culture through proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols.

You will focus on assessing strength of the risk and control environment through data analysis, project management, and resolution strategies. In addition, you will gain knowledge of our operational risk management, controls environment, and technology systems & infrastructure, and help provide effective process improvements.
Our training curriculum is designed to enhance your business knowledge, professional and technical skills. A dedicated program manager focused on your career progression will further guide your experience. Upon successful completion of the program, you will utilize the network and knowledge gained throughout your rotations to help you succeed in your next role.
About You
We're looking for highly motivated team players with the initiative and insight to develop innovative risk solutions.

Key Qualifications:


  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Pursuing a BA, or BS degree with expected graduation by December 2017 or May 2018
  • Coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or MIS/CIS a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excel and Word proficiency (advanced proficiency preferred)
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent project management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to demonstrate intellectual curiosity and critical challenge
  • Proactive team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and changing environment
  • Candidates must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
